Rules

- I am allowed to decline any request
- Please provide visual reference for characters and description of your request, such as: composition, character's poses and expressions (you are more than welcome to send visual references for better understanding), maybe even the mood and atmosphere of the piece, and any other details you may want me to pay attention to. The more information - the better! Brief character description is also very welcome, since it will help me at avoiding drawing OOC
- Commission price may vary depending on complexity of character's design, difficulty of the request, background and additional details. Please keep that in mind
- If you have any deadline for me, please tell me about it so it can be discussed
- The artwork is done for personal use only. You cannot resell or use any artwork I draw for you for commercial purposes
- My signature must stay on artworks I do for you
- If you repost my art anywhere, please credit me
- I retain the rights to all commissioned works
- I will not do major changes after the sketch has been approved. During the sketch phase, you can ask me to do any changes, however after the sketch has been approved and I start painting, I can do only minor changes (no changes in the whole composition, colors, etc.)
- I will be sending you updates of my progress, and you can also view my queue progress on my Trello which I update all the time
- I will draw: OC, fanart, ship art, OC/canon, yume
- I will not draw: NSFW, gore, mecha, furry (animal features like ears/tail/etc are OK! I'm just not skilled to draw furries), real life personas
- I may not draw animals, please ask beforehand so we can discuss it!

payment

- Payment is upfront, but only after we discuss your request and the price of it.
- No refund, unless I haven't started drawing your commission.
- As of 30.10.2024, I am accepting payments through EasyStart, since both Hipolink and Boosty no longer accept PayPal payments and barely work with card payments. Please go to the Payment Guide section to access the guides on how the payment works depending on your choice of payment method.
- Note that you will need to enter your IRL information according to the form EasyStart will send you. I, as a freelancer, will see only your name, country of residence and email, the rest is information to provide secure payment to both you and I.

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms above.

As of 30.11.2024, I have moved to accepting payments through EasyStart, as it is one of the very few websites that accepts PayPal payments. I have created two guides on how the payment process works, as it differs a lot depending on your payment method.

Last update of the guide - 04.11.2024

payment through paypal

Official guide on how the whole process works
Official guide on how PayPal payment works
1. Go to my EasyBusy profile and click "Log in to create a task":

2. Select your role as a Customer and enter the information required. Please use your real name and country as they appear in your PayPal. After registering as a Customer, click the “Secure task payment” on my profile.
Create the task, name it, add short description of your commission request (example: Illustration commission of two characters, render style, half body) and enter the sum we agreed upon

3. Choose that you will pay as an individual, then choose the PayPal option.
IMPORTANT: before you click the “Continue payment” button, copy your invoice number! It will be important when you will move to paying through PayPal!
Usually invoices are created instantly, but sometimes (rarely) they can take time. Don’t click on the payment button several times in hopes that it will suddenly work, or else I’ll get 1000 invoices.

4. A PayPal payment window will open. In “What’s it for?” paste the invoice number. For payment type, choose “For goods and services”. For the sum, enter specifically the sum you stated in the invoice! If you’re planning on leaving a tip, then add this tip in the sum we agreed upon beforehand. Meaning, if we agreed that the commission will be 100$, and you want to add a 10$ tip, you will need to enter 110$ in the commission invoice, instead of entering 110$ in PayPal, when your invoice states it’s 100$!

5. The money you send ia a “deposit”. According to the website rules and mechanics, I will receive the money only after you “accept the finished work” on the website.

NOte:

Since I personally work only with upfront payment, due to moving to EasyStart I have to slightly change my workflow - I will be sending you the sketch as quickly as I possibly can through whatever website we’re communicating in (Twitter, Telegram, Gmail or Discord), and after you approve the sketch, I will send it to you through EasyStart, where you will have to “accept the finished work”, after which I will receive the money. This applies only if you’re paying with the PayPal method, if you are paying through card, then it is a completely different process where I receive money instantly.

If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, or the customer service, which is very helpful and quick to respond. I myself am new to the website, but I will do my best to make this process as easy and understandable to you!

payment through card

Official guide on how registration process works (Please scroll to "Physical person customer")1. After we discuss the request and set the price, I will ask you to send your email address, to which EasyStart will send you a form to fill out. You will have to register and then fill out their form:

2. After you fill out all the info, you will be added as my customer. I will create an invoice with a sum of the commission, and it will be sent to your email address.

NOte:

With this payment method, my work method will stay the same, since with this method, I receive the money instantly, unlike the PayPal payment method!

If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, or the customer service, which is very helpful and quick to respond. I myself am new to the website, but I will do my best to make this process as easy and understandable to you!
