Rules

- I am allowed to decline any request- Please provide visual reference for characters and description of your request, such as: composition, character's poses and expressions (you are more than welcome to send visual references for better understanding), maybe even the mood and atmosphere of the piece, and any other details you may want me to pay attention to. The more information - the better! Brief character description is also very welcome, since it will help me at avoiding drawing OOC- Commission price may vary depending on complexity of character's design, difficulty of the request, background and additional details. Please keep that in mind- If you have any deadline for me, please tell me about it so it can be discussed. There are additional charges for deadlines, the closer the deadline is to the date of request, the higher the charge is. Please contact me to discuss additional charges.- The artwork is done for personal use only. You cannot resell or use any artwork I draw for you for commercial purposes- My signature must stay on artworks I do for you- If you repost my art anywhere, please credit me- I retain the rights to all commissioned works- Payment is done through EasyStart. All personal information is confidential between the commissioner and me.- I will not do major changes after the sketch has been approved. During the sketch phase, you can ask me to do any changes, however after the sketch has been approved and I start painting, I can do only minor changes (no changes in the whole composition, colors, etc.)- I will be sending you updates of my progress, and you can also view my queue progress on my Trello which I update all the time- If there's any specific name you want to be listed as on my Trello, please clarify it. I use names that are displayed on social media/email. I do not and will not use any personal government information outside of EasyStart.- I will draw: OC, fanart, ship art, OC/canon, yume
- I will not draw: NSFW, gore, mecha, furry (animal features like ears/tail/etc are OK! I'm just not skilled to draw furries), real life personas
- I may not draw animals, please ask beforehand so we can discuss it!

- Payment is upfront, but only after we discuss your request and the price of it.
- No refund, unless I haven't started drawing your commission.
- Payment is done through EasyStaff. It's a pretty strict, but also very reliable and secure website that has a very helpful support team, if any issues may arise.

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms above.

As of Jan 23rd 2025, I am back to accepting payments through EasyStaff. Hipolink is still working, but only with card payments! If you can pay with a card and prefer Hipolink - just let me know in advance, as EasyStaff is my default form of payment at the moment.

1. I will be sending you a payment post, once you click the link, you will see a page similar to the picture below. The price will be set to what we discussed, but you have an option to leave a tip.

2. Once you click the "Pay for the commission" button, you will see a page like shown below. You need to enter you email, and choose payment method of your choice.
You also have a choice to cover website commission, but this is absolutely by option and not enforced. This is a feature done by website automatically, so do not feel pressured to do so.

3. Done! After the payment goes through, please send me a screenshot confirming your payment, with the sum visible on the screenshot

Important: ES has began to charge customers 3% of the sum when paying with Stripe or PayPal (meaning: when paying with this method). I am absolutely unable to remove it, and I do not receive this 3%.
So for the time being, if, when entering the sum of your commission, you see the text mentioning +3% DAO benefit fee under the amount window like in the image below, take out the 3% from the total (example, if your commission is 150$, take out 3% and enter the sum of 145,5$, so the total is exactly 150$)
I am incredibly sorry for this inconvenience. All I can do is ask my customers to take the 3% out of the fee if they wish to. Thank you for your understanding.

Official guide on how PayPal payment works1. Go to my EasyStaff Connect profile and click "Hire" to use PayPal, as it works only there. If you have Stripe, you can click the "Pay" button for instant payment:

2. Select your role as a Customer and enter the information required. Please use your real name and country as they appear in your PayPal. All personal information is confidential between the commissioner and me.
After registering as a Customer, click "Hire".
Create the task, name it, add short description of your commission request (example: Illustration commission of two characters, render style, half body) and enter the sum we agreed upon

3. Choose that you will pay as an individual, then choose the PayPal option.
Usually invoices are created instantly, but sometimes (rarely) they can take time. Don’t click on the payment button several times in hopes that it will suddenly work, or else I’ll get 1000 invoices.

4. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page. Click on the PayPal button.

5. The money you send is a “deposit”. According to the website rules and mechanics, I will receive the money only after you “accept the finished work” in our chat on the website.

NOte:

I personally have always worked with 100% upfront payment process, but ES has a different payment process which I'm still learning to work around and adapt to. So, when paying with PayPal on ES, I will send you a placeholder image as soon as you send the deposit, and once you "review the task" and accept it, the commission will be considered paid for.

Official guide on how registration and payment work1. After we discuss the request and set the price, I will ask you to share your email address, to which EasyStaff will send you a form to fill out. You will have to register with your real name and surname as stated in your bank.
All personal information is confidential between the commissioner and me

2. After you fill out all the info, you will be added as my customer. I will create an invoice with a sum of the commission, and it will be sent to your email address.

NOte:

With this payment method, my work method will stay the same, since with it, I receive the money instantly, unlike the PayPal payment method!
